Back in Bali, I stay in Ubud for two days. Following a recommendation, my bus driver drops me off at a place called "Dewi Ayu" at Monkey Forest Road. Friends from back home stay in Ubud for a few days as well. I hired a driver to meet them, but had to walk a short distance anyway, because the motorbike run out of gasoline. The driver bought gasoline at the next corner - one PET-bottle of 1.5 liter. Lucky I could manage to find them in a hotel.

The next day, my friends and I spend the afternoon together and had fun in Monkey Forest, had a beer in a nice little place with rice field view, went up and down the shopping streets and had dinner at a restaurant called Louts. It is great to meet friends from back home while traveling :) We had a fantastic, enjoyable day together.
Tonight, I will go back to Singapore. No more: "Yes! Taxi? Yes, Hello?! Transport..? very cheap! evening price! Yes! Hello my friend? last price.." LOL
