We took an overnight bus from oaxaca to puerto escondido last night and it took 10 hours. It went faster than we thought. It was a little hard to sleep but thats ok. The driver did drive like a maniac though so my head was swaying from one side to another when i tried to sleep.

We got to Puerto at 7 am and straight away some guy comes and tells us about a much better hostel than Mayflower, that we were planning to stay in. We didnt buy it so we came to mayflower. I guess were going to stay here then.

We already got a look at the nearest beach. It was mostly for fishing and dogs to play around. The dogs actually followed us al the way back to our hostel.

Now we are planning to go see the beaches where you can swim and also the ones where we can try surfing!! yei!!Looking forward to that.
