I am feeling better today :-) My day started like any other a 3 hour hike to a 400ft waterfall ! My word it was a long way but worth it. It took me through a bamboo forest which was amazing and so pretty. The trail was down the side of the volcano but fortunately it has been extinct for a long time! At the bottom you can normally swim in the lava pools but today they were closed. In fact as i write this in the garden of where i am staying the rain is coming dow...

Im going to start todays blog with some history.. When I started planning my trip i knew i wanted to spend as little time as possible in Waikiki.
