Up early and anxious to be out on the road. We're like the cbc show The Littlest Hobo.

Not raining anymore but the roads are so coated with salt, I was having trouble determining what was frost and what was salt . Found out it was all salt

Drove through the Appalachian mountains which was cool. Weather changed constantly from sunny and warm to near blizzard conditions. Really fun to drive. Thank God Dom was asleep, or I would of needed to drug her to keep her happy.

Arrived near Washington and got a dose of urban life. Holy s..., 6 lanes one way, 6 another, and this poor dumb Canadian wide eyed and confused. How my dad did this with maps amazes me.

Anyway, a few missed turns and accompanying corrections we arrived safe and sound at my sister's.

Of course we needed to make an entrance with a rye and coke for me and a glass of wine for my bride as we exited the rv.

Nice supper and off to bed with tomorrow being off to Washington
