Hi everyone,
We finally made it to Europe, first stop is London, England. When we arrived at the airport in Winnipeg, there was a lockdown due to a suspicious bag. Our flight was only 5 minutes late taking off and we headed to Toronto and then off to London. We arrived tired but safe and had a two and a half hour bus ride to our destination. This is where we're staying for 3 nights. Apparently, not all Londoners are good with directions, a lovely British woman sent us walking with all of our bags in the wrong direction for several blocks, oh well. After a well deserved nap, we went out to a restaurant called Seafresh for beer and fish & chips. Apparently, they were supposed to be the best in the area but both of us found the fish flavourless but the beer and fries were delicious. Off to bed to catch up on sleep and start a new adventure tomorrow.
