Hey all, We drove from the Tyrol region of Austria to Prague today, stopping off on the way at the Mathausen concentration camp! A very sobering experience. It was NASTY! We watched a video about the camp and then got to walk around the grounds and into some of the bunkers including the gas chambers and the crematorium. It was not a big oven (like dad would struggle to fit in there) and apparntly at the end they were burning 10 people at a time. It was sickening...
