The time share was a great stay and it was really nice to relax and chill out a bit without having to figure out where we would spend the next night. After we left Carlsbad, we headed North to Glendora to stay with my Uncle Jim and Aunt Carol. Glendora is just East of LA where we would be flying out of in a few days, so it really worked out well. Staying with Jim and Carol was a lot of fun. They really took care of us and showed us good time.

The first night we were there, we stayed up and looked at old family photos of all the reunions in Cape May, New Jersey. I really enjoyed picking out faces and hearing more about all the family and filling Ashleigh in on all the details.

The second day was Superbowl Sunday, so we ran a few errands in the morning to get ready for our flight, then came back to the house to enjoy a huge spread of food from Pico de Gallo and chips to some delicious Philly Cheesesteaks while we watched the game.

On Monday we took care of a few more things in the morning and then got ready for our professional tennis lessons from Jim and Carol. This was a really fun time and a beautiful afternoon. They gave us some great tips and pointers before we played some doubles. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, we came home to a delicious wild salmon, veggies, and sweet potato dinner. This was the cap to the stay. The next morning Jim and Carol got up early and drove us to the airport for our flight to Hawaii.

Thank you guys so much for letting us stay with you for a few days and showing us such a great time. You REALLY took care of us! We would love to get together again sometime soon and get a few more tennis lessons.
