Caroline Hello there - its great to follow your journey like this. Ive been telling the boys about where Owen is to help with countdown to Smith going back. Lets just say theres a few tears at bedtime in our house at the prospect of Smiffey not being here. Nathan is trying all emotional tactics to secure a consolation lizard...Oliver is hanging on to being able to see Smiff at weekends and continue his efforts to beat smith running whilst hes stabiliser free on his bike! Smiths in good form - shedding huge amounts of fur and trying to eat passing bees and flies in the garden - makes me laugh! Keep enjoying it all. Love C + fighting boys x

Jenni Van Wijk Well, hello Ranger Owen, H & J, I loved reading your latest adventure and looking at your pictures. You all look so well and relaxed! Owen - you've grown loads! It brought back lots of memories seeing your San Fran, Grand Canyon and coastal drive photos as we covered that area when we lived outside of San Fran! We even went to the seal sanctuary and Carmel! Lydia, joanne and stuart Hi Owen, Sorry I haven't wriitten for a while Mummy has been very naughty (and busy as we have started work on the house - no more Yucky orange wallpaper!). Thank you very much for my lovely postcard of the Orang Utans. It sounds like you had a very exciting time in borneo. Japan looks very interesting. Loved the picture of the dog in the dress! Julie and the boys Hi Guys Josh is following your steps on our toy globe very closely. Although he is desperately wanting you to come around the other half very quickly so he can see Owen again. Jack Suddick Hi Owen Japan sounds good fun. Eating Serpents and Thomas in Japanese, you really have done and seen it all!!!! Mum and Dad will have to ask Waitrose if they do serpent for when you get home and we will have to have a trip to Thomas Land when you get home just to make sure you don't forget how it is really supposed to be. All is fine here, we are now doing two long days at school and three short days so we are very tired by the end of the week - but still have time to do lots of playing! Have just spent the morning with Caris, Roman and Lydia and when not arguing had great fun! Looking forward to seeing you when you get home. Love from Jack (and Mum and Dad) x

Frandy Hi guys ... it's so good to see that you are enjoying Japan - we've been reminiscing! And yes, you do feel that you've only scratched the surface don't you. Interesting to read about the signage - we missed that but probably cos we went by train to most places. Have you had the Ryokan Japanese breakfast after having had their dinner the night before? ... cold fried eggs with chop sticks and the myriad of other morsels was definitely too much. F & A xx

Jack Suddick Hi Owen Sorry I haven't been in touch for a while, busy with the Easter Holidays and our extended holiday in Egypt. Looks like you are still having a great time though, it will seem weird when you finally get home (weird is my new word). Thanks for the postcard, it was very exciting to hear all your news. I had a great time in Egypt and we even got delayed coming home due to the volcano - it was great!! I am back at school now and it is great to see all my friends again.
