Day 5 - Christmas

Woke around 4 am to Christmas messages. Leehees were up at 630 am to do presents. I got some Christmas socks, a chocolate snowman (mmmm), ear muffins and a beautiful purple and gold bag!

We headed down for breakfast and ate my very first waffle! Yum yum!

Now we are headed off to church! .... it's been a while. I hope got doesn't mind me being a pastafairian pirate!

The church looked amazing! There was a water fountain were the water had iced over. Closest I have been to snow so far!

I took maany pictures of the outside of the church but was not permitted to take photos inside. Oh how I wish I could have. The inside was beautiful!!! I mesmerized by the age, detail and character through out the building! The service was short and average. There was a small amount of people who attended. Approximately 10 people were there. The service seemed to cater for multiple if not all, most Christian beliefs.

After that we headed back to the hotel to our business class suite and relaxed until our Christmas lunch!

Lunch was a huge 4 course meal. I did not like the entre options. I had honey baked parsnip soup. Traditional turkey and ham stuffing and a delicious chocolate hazelnut tort. I will be forever fat after that meal!

With lunch I enjoyed my first pint of guinness! Loved it, but would prefer Jameson!

We then returned to our suite and had a relaxing afternoon. I finished a book that I had been reading here and there and had a small nap before getting woken up for dinner.

For dinner I had the parsnip soup and asked for a Jameson and coke to accompany it, when I was ask for proof of age for I think the first time ever!

Today was a day of firsts!

Then we went back to the room and watched movies.
