Well all i can say is "OH MY GOD" i"ve actually done it. I flew out from heathrow to Mumbai arriving lunchtime on the 20th November. I have met up with the 9 other volunteers on my teaching project and last night had a manic whirlwind tour of Mumbai by taxi. Unfortunately they are all crazy drivers and almost pooed my pants a view times but survived. Today we have travelled about 2 and a half hours out of mumbai to a town called Lovana where tomorrow will be going on a 3 day trek!!!! Losts of walking!!!! Anyway will keep you updated. Have tasted the local beer which is Kingfisher and can tell you its pretty good. Speak to you all soon.
