Well hi everyone. its nearly been 2 weeks and alot has happened so will try to fill you in as much as possible. Cannot upload any photos yet but will be able to shortly. Anyway from arriving in Mumbai have travelled to lonavla about 2 hours from Mumbai and spent some days trekking and doing yoga at an Ashram...yep thats right yogo. Anyay did survive it. From there me and the group took an overnight train to Goa where we will be staying for the teaching project. Were staying at colva and the accomodation is right on the beach!!! Its a hard life i know as it has been wall to wall sunshine and 34 degree's!!! Anyway i start the teaching project on tuesday so the hard work will start thenn. Tomorrow am off with the group to a beach called Paloem which is supposed to be the picture postcard paradise beach so will let you know and will taking the old photos. Thats about it for now and will update you again soon.. Oh well nearly 2 weeks gone already and only have another 5 months and 2 weeks to go....shame LOL....

To the footie lads can someone update me as to how your getting on and the results or can someone tell me the web address for the team dets as i have lost it. How did smithys 18th go???
