Hey Hellie, Sorry its been a while! I check everyday to see what you've been up to but most of the time I can't think of anything interesting to write! Sounds like things have been exciting with you! Am impressed with your sailing, maybe you can come along with me and try a smaller model when you get back! Have really enjoyed looking through all your pictures and seeing all the fantastic scenery and amusing people you're meeting along your travels! Keep them coming! Things are pretty good with me. We're just about settled into the new flat and have finished assembling all the new flat pack furniture we've bought (with a few fights with Homebase along the way!). Am off to Scotland with Kara at the weekend to visit Alison in Glasgow, which I am really looking forward to! If we are really lucky it will snow so we can go skiing in the Highlands so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that!! If we do go I'll try to avoid any grassy patches or crashing into any fellow skiers a la Helen and Carla! Work is ok, not much exciting going on, although I may have to go to South Korea later in the year to watch a manufacture, which mostly scares me but I have been assured its not that bad so I should be ok as long as I manage not to eat any dog by accident! Helen - Heard from Adam and he was "sitting on the dock of the bay" overlooking the bridge. Seemed quite OK and not suffering from jet lag - at least not yet !! We bought Mum a new mouse over the week end to try to help her at work and so far so good. Hopefully the doctor won't put her off sick when she has her appointment on Thursday. Hey Helen! You have so many photos up on your webpage! It looks like you have been having a wicked time! You have so much TV to catch up on when you get home. My brother downloaded some of the second series of LOST and I sat and watched 6 episodes.... it gets so much more confusing! You will have to stay in for weeks watching all those box-sets! D'oh 4got to mention about Brisbane! Yes it was a very nice city, so much slower paced than Sydney. The hostel we were in was a new one (which makes a change!). Unfortunately, we were all so knackered from the last 3 weeks of travelling we went back to the hostel to rest b4 going to the bar downstairs and b4 i knew it i woke up at 1am still fully dressed and in the same position i was in when i laid down to just rest my eyes! Brisbane was really nice we went to look round some markets, walked along the river, ate and then went to a lookout spot over the city. A place my parents would like! Right i'm off now! Hello people, i'm back in New South Wales! Yes, i have now left the gals who are picking up their camper van tomoz to drive from Brisbane to Sydney in a week! Good luck to them!! I got a bus this evening from Brisbane to Bryon Bay where i'm staying in a very random hostel. Its all very hippy like with lots of chilled out/stoned people! Dont worry ma and pa i'm off to bed soon so i'm up and ready for my surf lesson tomoz. I did forget to mention to you all that on friday we went dolphin kayaking in rainbow beach. It was good, unfortunalty we only saw 3 dolphins jumping up thru the waves and Teresa and i got majorly wiped out by a wave. Poor t had a lump by her eyebrow. D'oh! Anyway i'm in Bryon at the mo and then Tuesday night i'm moving on to Sydney, i'm not living at hannahs again i'm staying in the same hostel as my brov for a bit of ad and hel bonding! Rrrrr cute!! Gem, i cant believe er has started, i'm gona have to buy the box sets when i'm home of lost, er and desperate housewives! God dam it! Hey Helen, Disaster has hit - the new series of ER has started (3 weeks into it now) and I have no one to discuss it with - I really can't wait 'til you get home, so you can catch up and we can have a good old gossip about it, although it's not the same without Carter.....Anyway, things here are cold and wet as usual, but I'm counting down to my snowboarding holiday, determined not to come home with any injuries this year so I'm at the gym lots strengthening every muscle that is holding bones in place!!! Well according to this website it's about 9.30 on Saturday night where you are - I'm sure your out having a laugh...I'm supposed to be doing my assignment but I keep getting distracted by the internet! Anyway really should get on, good luck with the surfing, find out if you can get a video of it so we can all watch you when you come home!! Hey Helena, sorry not wrote for a bit been hectic since i got home but don't worry i'm still here not gone anywhere yet!! Work has been busy since i got back last week but hey the long break away from everything did me the world of good. I've been good and going swimming and i've done a couple of classes not actually been in the gym gym for a few weeks but i will be in there on sunday with everyone. Going to start preparing for the race for life, even though it's not a long race it'll be nice to know that i can do it in a decent time without killing myself. Not really got any gossip, been speaking to bonk nearly everyday this year so far, he's away at the mo but he's taking me out when he gets back in April (we'll see if that happens!). Went round to see the lushious Dudley last night after work cos he's been skiing for a week. He cooked me dinner, you'd be proud of me i actually ate scampi, spinach, mushroom strogonoff, vegetable stirfry and wild rice. Check me out trying food that i've never had before. Got on really well, nothing happened just chatted for hours and listened to his weird rather large varietly CD's. We are exactly the same with relationships, to selfish cos it's our own lives and don't really make time for anyone else. Must be a pisces thing!! Off our with work tonight cos my New Zealand officer leaves next week so we're taking him out for a few drinks. I'm gutted he's leaving cos i'll have no one to look or purve at any more. I've been browsing through your photos and it all looks amazing, see the tan is coming on. I'm so glad you're having a great time hun, if it wasn't for my gay leg then i'd gfly out there tomorrow! Hay guys! Well i am currently in Noosa home to the everglades national park and it s blimen raining! On saturday we are moving on to Brisbane for the weekend and then I go my separate way to Teresa and Kate. Boo hoo! My big brov is coming to sydney on sunday for a week! So i have to be back in sydney earlier than the gals. They are making their way back slowly but i'm goin to Bryon Bay monday and tuesday and getting a flight back to sydney from brisbane to meet adam on tuesday night. Then on the 29th all the gals fly to new zealand!! Yay!! You'll laugh at this bit in bryon i'm doing a 4 hour surf lesson! Bring it on baby!!!!! HOpe your all ok? Starting to miss home a bit now! Helllo hunny, how is you?? I am well, work is so busy at the moment for every bit of work I do I get another 4 or 5 bits on top - I'm drowning!! Anyway, on the move again this week at work into an office for 6 weeks and then moving again where I will be located with my 3 department heads not sure if that is a good thing or not. I am going to the gym at least 4 times a week, been every day this week so far and am giving it a rest tomorrow morning but back in Saturday and Sunday, starting to notice a difference in myself so I will keep going. I have sent you some photos on your email of the lads and girls from Saturday night, please have a laugh at our expense. Hey Helly! This will have to be a quick message as I am at work at the moment! All is going well with the job and a girl off my course has an interview here tomorrow - it would be cool if she got the job! Not much gossip to fill you in on I'm afraid! haven't been up to much recently just working hard and trying to go to the gym lots. Me and Gem are trying to go to some different classes to gfet us motivated. I've got some weoght to loose so my aim is to be back to my normal weight by the time you get home - that is presuming you are still planning on coming home in April? Or are you loving it too much? Hey Hun, just caught up on your recent adventures - sounds hilarious and certainly memorable - I can picture you now frantically digging a hole for your turds - very lady like and theres nothing like a good squat under the moonlight although I can't say I've ever done that on a beach, just a field! Its great that you've met up with a good group of people, especially when they have such good uses and I'm still very jealous - even of the not washing for 3 days etc, but I don't think I'd cope that well with all the insects and that, particularly a mobile phone sounding beetle - thats just freaky and wrong!! Last Friday was a really good night, (despite being a bunny short), us girls looked adorable and the lads looked like transvestites! My mum thought a photo of me and Scouse was me and Tammy - insulted!! Scouse left his handbag at the bar and started fretting over it (luckily it was still there when he went trotting back for it) and by 11.30 most of the lads were moaning that their feet were hurting - shame. Went to the Everton/Pompey match Saturday with Scouse, Ev and Jules - that was a very cold experience. As Ev said, I now know what its like to feel intimidated, but it was really good and I'm glad I went. Went into Gosport that night for my sister's birthday and had a really good night again - she was quite drunk and felt so sick she couldn't even manage a burger or anything after - unlucky! Have no plans for this weekend, just meeting up with the girls to try and sort a holiday for this year, oh yeah and a visit to the gym! Keep taking care, having a blast and updating us.
