Hi I am curently on the Tioman Islan a small island in the South china sea. It is very much as you would imagen a tropical island with palm trees and white sands, very picture post card. I am staying on a beach front chalet. The challet feels a little bit like something out of Hidi Hi but the view of the sea is a bit different. The challet is also collecting so much sand there is likley to be a beach in it by the time I leave. The only down side to the island is the heat. For some the heat would be bliss and a perfect place to work on your tan but for a little whit Brit it is a constant battle to minimise sunburn and stop myself from turning into a lobster. Yesterday i went on a snorkling trip. The trip took me to see the world conservation marine park, where i saw loads of beautiful fishes, which came and ate out of my hands, and amazing coral. We stoped for lunch on a completly deserted island where i ate freshly caught BBQ fish for lunch, needless to say it was very tasty. Plus I took an under water camera so there should be some greate pictures for you all to see. Lots of love See you soon Helen
