We flew from Gatwick to Antigua and managed to fly first class with virgin thanks to Si. Watched 3 films had some lovely food and drink and also a really good sleep. The flight was 8 hours 20 mins. Went so quickly. Just loved flying first class. Arrived in Antigua around 3pm lovely seeing our the plane on the way in. Took a taxi ride to jolly beach. Couldn’t believe how dark it gets so quickly around 6pm.
Checked into our hotel looked like something out the 60’s with pebble dash walls. Had twin beds a really old tv and a shower that just dribbled ! But the beach was lovely. White sanded beach. Noticed it has been raining a lot here. Lots of puddles.
