Woke at 8am had breakfast on the boat set off around 11 and sailed to cold water bay a lovely sail got up 8.4 knots moored up at 3pm had lunch I made omelette and salad. Went for a swim and pete got his paddle board out and we all had a go. Chilled out reading for a while. Although it was a bit noisy to start with all the tourists pirate party boats coming and going with kids jumping off the cliff into the water. Got a lift to shore and Went out for dinner I had prawns. Then back to the boat. Couple of drinks then bed.
