Woke around 7am had a good night sleep. Coffee in bed then went into town for breakfast. The best one we have had here. I had eggs on toast with baked beans and tomatoes Carl had full English. Back to the room to grab a beach bag then walked to the next bay through the woods. It was like a secret trail going over stepping stones with leafs printed on them. Got to long beach which is next to paradise bay and it really was like paradise. Had a swim and sun bath read a book. Had a salad for lunch with water ! Very good. Another swim and sunbath then went to a bar had a fruit salad and more water. Tasty then walked back to our room to shower and get ready for the evening.
Went out for dinner shared a couple of Thai dishes and a bottle of white wine. A lovely day
