Got up and went to the gym ran 3k had breakfast in the hotel then walked into town along the beach. Took us 45 minutes a lovely walk but so sad you can’t go in the sea because of crocodiles and jelly fish. Went shopping then met sam for lunch. A really delicious lunch in salsa I had mackerel salad but really not like our mackerel. Back to the hotel had a massage then dinner in the restaurant. Went back to our room and watched pretty woman!

Kept waking up in the night got bitten a few time by mosquito yuk. Fell asleep then woke around 10am had a coffee in our room then I went to the gym. 20 minuets run on the treadmill. Got back showered and headed into town. Had brunch I had BLT and Carl Caesar salad. Had a wander around the market. It was really hot 30 degrees stopped for a couple of drinks I had fizzy water and Carl had beer. Walked back to the hotel along the beach as it got cloudy. Trying to sm...

Got up around 10am had a walk along the beach to town. Met Sam for brunch at monkey joes. He had done his cleaning job at the hostel which gives him free accommodation then had a swim, he met us on his skate board, looking like a real local. We had a wander around the town and did a bit of shopping. Had a couple of beers then got a bus back to the hotel. Saw Sam who started work in the bar at 4 made us a cocktail. Slept in til 11! Had a coffee then went to reception to hire bikes. Cycled to town had nachos and lemonade for lunch. Had a cycle round it was really hot. Cycled back to the hotel had a swim. Sam had started work at 4pm lovely to see him again It wasn’t busy so they let him finish at 7pm so we got the bus with him into town. Landed at 6.30 managed to have a little sleep on plane but not like the one to Hong Kong. Got picked up from the airport and had an hours drive to Port Douglas. When we got to the hotel had breakfast whilst they got our room ready. Checked in had a shower got changed and sam came round. It was so good to see him.
