Hey Guys,
Well I cant actually believe how much we have done since I last updated. From Valladolid we arrived back in Cancun and met with Sean, Lou, Chris Katie and Massie. We had a few (many) beers and got some more sun. We went out for some nice traditional Mexican food. Next day we went over to Isla Mujeres, which is an Island 30mins from Cancun, we rented a golf cart to travel around the island in, was alot of fun. Our hostel Poc Na was a right party place, so we had to share the love and have some Mango Dacquaris. We had a bit of a beach party and met some nice people and had many a cocktail. It was either too much mixed drinks or ice that i was up all that nice being sick and the rest. But got it out of my system for going down to tulum, which was a long trek when you are delicate.
We arrived to meet the wedding gang and the drinking commenced. We went on a snorkeling trip and saw sea turtles and sting rays as well as lots of pretty fish´s. We then went diving in a underwater cave, which was the cleanest water, at this time I was pealing a lot and the small fishes decided to use me as their dinner, they were eating all my dead skin off all my body, which was the weirdest feeling, i suppose people pay a lot of money for that. The same evening we went to Coco Bongos in Playa del carmen. 60dollars in and all you can drink, and we certainly did. We were dancing on the stage and we saw shows including Queen, Spiderman, Chicago, Beatles and many more. it was absolutely mental and the best nightclub both me and pete have ever been too. Hangover to prove it!!!
We spent a few days chilling on a glorious blue Tulum beach and the sea is so clear and just the right temperature. Then came the big day. Kieran and Hayley get hitched. My 1st wedding on a beach and it was amazing, everything and more I imagined!Hayley looked stunning and when I get the pics up I am sure youll agree.
A 12 hour coach ride then took us to Palenque to see more ruins and we went to Misoa-ha where we swam under a massive waterfall, which we needed after our bus ride. We then got on another 12 hour coach to Mexico City, we have just been on a guided tour around and we are trying not to spend anymore money as budget well and truly blown already. We fly tomorrow at 8am to Vancouver. Our travelling trip has well and truly begun, i can tell by the smell of Pete-not pleasant!!!
