Visited Dove Lake Cradle Mountain NP this morning although the weather was wet and very foggy still a great experience. Had a 2hr walk around the lake lovely water views with all the fog around the mountains. It would be a whole new world on a sunny day so guess we will just have to come back another time! You really need a few days to take it all in. The overland track starts here, for the serious hiker, 65k over to Lake St Clair takes 5-6days. As it has started to rain quiet heavily we decided to head back having lunch at Sheffield at the same little cafe we discovered yesterday very nice lamb soup with cheese scone yum.
