Off for a walk to the palace. It's closed until 2pm but lots of things going on with the funeral for the King who died 6 weeks ago. Walked around to the small Paragon Mall to have a snack plus took Cheyenne for a massive chocolate sunday. Home for a swim after a spot of clothes shopping. John and I went for a ride on a tuk tuk for an hour. Lots of new buildings being constructed. 5 o'clock traffic fairly hectic. Walked to buy a couple of prints to get framed....

Up late today. By the time we all had breakfast and waited 50 mins for the taxi it was 10am so really hot! The tuk tuks are really fun but very dusty streets. Spent the night lying awake in our hotel. Luckily it was a short night. Up at 3.40am to catch shuttle to KL airport and 7.05am flight to Cambodia. Jayne and Jeff were also in the huge queue so met up at Starbucks for catch up before they head up to Myanmar for a week, Singapore for a couple of nights and home to Melbourne for the month.
