We\'re here! None of you will believe us but we had a totally painless flight, managed about three hours sleep maximum but after being awake for almost 36 hours (our time!) we\'ve decided to have an early night. We landed on time after a 12 hour flight, two lovely meals (menus designed by Gordon Ramsey no less) and lots of free peanuts and drinks. We watched three films each, loads to choose from, Walk the Line, Capote and far too much Harry Potter. We got a taxi at the airport as we can barely carry our ruck sacks and definitely can\'t put them on alone. It only cost $14 for a 25 minute journey so that was cool. Our hostel is no hilton but it\'s clean and not far at all from Little India (we\'ve spent the afternoon exploring) and everyone is very friendly. We just had dinner in this massive food hall with about a million different soups, satays, curries, turtle soup (we hope it\'s just a phrase) and lovely fresh fruit. Neither of us were hungry so we had pineapple, mango and melon for dinner at about $2. Delicious. It was rammed with locals too so it must be good. Anyway it\'s an early night for us but we will write more when we can. Most importantly we arrived safely and we\'re both very happy. Love to all. Hayley & Holly xxx
