Hi everyone,

Tearful goodbye to our group in Melaka this morning, bless them they got up early to say goodbye to us both. We managed to get the 8.00am bus back to KL We had booked accomodation at the same place we stayed with the tour, so we found it easily enough. The day was spent at the British High Commission. It doesn't look as grave as it did the night before, they are going to try and do their best to get the passport ready in time for us to fly back from Singapore to Darwin on the 24th. The mild complication is getting Hayley's Australian visa re-issued, which is going to involve a trip to the Australian Embassy once she has got her passport issued.

Visiting the Embassy was yet another experience, they were very helpful to us, but security was at its maximum. Rose couldnt even take in her phone or camera and they held her driving licence too!

We're just crossing all our fingers and toes and will keep you posted!

P.S we found the shopping centre under the Petronas Towers which is full of English shops, sure that'll keep us busy!
