Fantastic day exploring the Red Square and Kremlin. Took a walk from our hotel to the Red Square and admired St Basils cathedral before walking around the Kremlin along the Moscow river. We were delighted when we had a small flurry of snow. We went inside the Kremlin and saw an array of treasurers including the wedding dress and coronation dress of Catherine the great as well as the throne of Ivan the terrible. We took a stroll around the kremlin area but got whistled at for going off course! We sat and ate our lunch in Alexander garden. I wanted to visit Lenin but he was closed to visitors today. Picked up some snacks and vodka before dinner and turns out vodka is cheaper than crisps! After a rest we head out and enjoy a nice meal before seeing the city by night. We observe a lovely projection on the building at the bottom of our street (see video).

Lauren MacPherson Sounds amazing. But was it as good as The Red Square in Newquay?! Glad to hear you're stocking up on the essentials. Keep enjoying every minute, I can't wait to hear more. Lots of love xxxx
