JAMES Sadly rain stopped play in the wakeboarding after Nick had just one go, so I was never able to demonstrate my prowess at the sport. KATIE Well, here we are in the Cayman Islands - and what a beautiful place! We have been thoroughly spoiled by Nick and Janet and are very lucky to be staying with people so generous and also with some cool friends and a wicked boat!
