So... a quick first entry on the blog! Dawnie and I have arrived at Heathrow Airport relatively unscathed.. .although we havent fully mastered the art of carrying the backpack yet! I nearly went head over heels several times and dawn got stuck in hers! Hmmm... something tells me this could be interesting! A plane crashed when landing on the runway earlier so a lot of flights have been cancelled but at the moment ours still seems to be going ahead. Luckily no-one...

Well its about 8.30 in the evening and I've only just started to feel normal! Thanks to everyone for a fab leaving do and seeing me off in style! Im quite proud of myself for remembering all of the night (well most of it!) ... however there are few hazy bits towards the end but I think i can thank Sophie for feeding me that baileys cocktail and Karen for the mojito which...combined with wine resulted in it all getting a bit much for me towards the end of the nigh...
