I really don't know how we woke up this morning- dazed and confused Ronnie got us out of the hotel- he even got me to make a full picnic lunch for us at 6am. We took the Gondola into town and met our adaptive van and biking gear. Ronnie got set up in his one off bike and we took a fun hike with Fran and Gracie and Dan while Ronnie rode. Of course Olivia became chummy with Fran right away and had her picking her up and carrying her and telling Fran her whole life story within the first minute....we had a relaxed morning and then hopped back in the van to the mountain we were biking down. We are our picnic lunch while the adaptive crew set up our bikes and were on our way. It was cold and very rocky but fun to go downhill the whole time holding our breaks. The trail was beautiful and we stopped at many different gorgeous view points along the way. Oli and I were tandem buddies and everyone else did great on their own. We finished up pretty early and arrived at the hotel at about 3:00. Still having not showered since before the river trip Ronnie Hannah Oli and I went for a swim at the hotel and finally all took much needed showers. Ronnie snuck in a massage while I prepared dinner and did laundry- the girls watched TV and went in for an early nights sleep!
