DAY THREE!!
Update: Marks watch didnt last!, he now has to wind it every hour and its too heavy to wear in the heat so that was a waste of money. I have been taken ill with noodleitis caused by excessive noodle consumption!.
Travelling hint:IF you love animals DONT stay in a hotel opposite a slaughter house you WILL be woken up at 3.00am every morning by the sounds of sqeals. Dont go into the pet shops - they put puppies into tiny glass containers with hardly any water, they look so sad and must be so hot.
Yesterday must of been about 33 degrees, was baking hot. We walked for miles looking for the KL tower, its a very tall tower so we thought it would be easy to find but you had to walk through the forest- i didnt realy fancy that as there was a sign saying DO NOT FEED THE MONKEYS, so i thought if no-one had fed them they would probably want to eat me!.
We eventually found the tower (the street route)but decided to go up it to see the skyline later that evening too see some pretty lights and take some nice pictures.
We then walked to another shopping centre (which included a ZARA-expensive!), we soon got bored of that one so walked to another one which was AMAZING!! the christmas decorations are the best ones ive ever seen.
By this time we were realy tired so we got a cab (15MR/3pounds), i fell asleep and when i woke we had been sitting in the same traffic for 45 mins, so we got out and walked!.
At about 9pm we headed back to the KL tower, it cost us 45MR( 8 pound) each to get inside, i think its about 250 metres high, well basically theres loads of lights but it was a total waste of money, obviuosly as it was dark my camara flash was just reflecting off the glass, it closed at 10pm but they decided to switch of all the light at 9.30 so we were standing in a blackened room. London eye is much better.
Everything closes here at midnight. even the building lights get switched off. We got to sleep at around 12ish but like the night before we were rudely awoken by the slaughter man chuking dead pigs( i could of sworn they were dogs!!) and alive chicken off the van, then we couldnt get back to sleep because there was strange noises coming from inside, dont want to know what he was doing to them.
We are going to Phuket at 8.20 tonight, only takes 20 minutes(not bangkok as i said in the first blog).
To be continued..............
