WE MADE IT!!!!!!!! Watch this space for more............. Dan & Han xxx Hey you guys!!!!!!!! I thought it was about time we updated you on our travels in Oz so far......... Well, we got to Sydney after 5 months living it up in Southeast Asia. Yes, unfortunately our time in Asia has come to an end. Sydney, well what can I say. It's trendy...... cool........ hip & happening....... it sounds very much like myself & Hannah!!!!!! We spent 3 days in Sydney. Let me explain myself....... We only spent 3 days here as we are doing a big loop of Australia beginning in Sydney & then ending back up in Sydney. So therefore we are spending around 2 weeks back here in May when we meet Hannah's two mates, Bec & Jane (can't wait guys!!!!!!). So we didn't really do much in those 3 days apart from the norm, seeing the Sydney Harbour Bridge & the Opera House, which were pretty dam cool. After the 3 days we then left Sydney to begin our 4 day travelling to Melbourne. In these 4 days we visited a place called Jinderbyne (beautiful lakeside town & snowy mountains), a tiny town called Foster (No NOT where Foster's is made, Philpotts & all you other shandy drinking puffs!!!!) & a National Park in South Oz where we visited many a beautiful beach!!!!! On our fourth day we reached Melbourne, a big city yet very relaxing. We stopped in the seaside town of St Kilda which was 15 mins on the tram to the city centre. We loved it so much here that we stopped for a week. The weather was top all week. This gave us plenty of time to do some much needed clothes shopping. As you have probably already noticed on the photos the last 6 months that we are still wearing the same clothes that we brought with us from the UK (cheers for the emails reminding us Bormey!!!) See if you can spot the new clothes in the next batch of photos!?!?!?! Apart from that we just spent most of the week at the beach & when the sun went down....... in the bar!!! We met 3 friends (Rob, Helen & Rhys) in Melbourne who were all heading the same way as Hannah & I next....................Adelaide. Helen had & car & invited us on a 5 day road trip.
