We left La Paz today morning. When the bus reached the plato El Alto above La Paz the peaks of Illimani, Potasi appeared. As beautiful as high 6400 m above see level. Sorry for quality of pictures...taken through bus window. Michal we shoot some pictures of local ladies especially after your wish:o) The trip to Titicaca took 4 hours but actually it is just cca 100 km from La Paz. We had to get off from the bus and passangers had to take small boats while the vehicles were transported in local ponton ferry. Copacabana is small, charming town but with more tourists than locals. Crazy place, it is mekka for all hippies. Typical food here is the fish - trout from Lake. We had it for lunch and thanks, no more. It was as a bigger sardine and we concluded that it was fine but thanks no more. We plan to go to La Isla del Sol in 21. dec, the end of Mayas calendar. We are going to be on right place in right time if the end of the world comes:o)
