So, this is the entrée that arrived tonight. Of course, it wasn't what we ordered, but was still interesting to have a look at!! You can, apparently, have a language barrier in the US...! Here we are, refreshed (14 hours sleep, anyone?), fed, showered and dressed, ready for our first real day of adventure. Bring it on! Breakfast in the states? Blueberry "scone" for mum and a buttered bagel for me. A banana to make it healthy. And the biggest cup of Earl grey tea either if us as ever had. Just so grateful for the tea - my day doesn't start without that!!!
