Monday 3rd - Tough life but someone has to do it! Back to Monaco for the day. Wednesday 27th - We spent the day checking out Nice. All the shops in the old part of the city.  Exotic aromas from the spice & perfume shops. Very narrow winding alleyways. Vivid colored buildings with contrasting shutters. Walked along the beach promenade all lit up in the evening. Bonjour from Nice. We arrived yesterday after a day travelling by train from Lyon. We had a couple of days in Lyon, which we felt was plenty. This is probably the first place in our travels that we thought we probably wouldn't return in the future to.
