Greetings from Warnambool! it was very sad saying Bye Bye to Matty at the airport! long live the creator and founding member of the seven samuri, enjoy hastings, dont touch my stuff.
so three hours later, a car journey which consisted of laura and mike catching up with some sleep and me and Greg trying to work out exactly how we are related and who is who, cousins, aunties, uncles, dads, adoptions etc, we arived in Warnambool.
the week started as it continued with Greg handing us over to Lucy as the Tagged teamed and kept us entertained.
Greg had won and the footy a few days before we got there, and took us all out for a posh meal. REAL POSH meal. one of those meals where you order a pizza on the way home cos the food is "gormet."
during the week we managed to fit in, a visit to the Koalas and Kangas and Tower Hill, and a lovely drive through Port Fairy (thanks for the Car Greg!!) we then watched Kristina nad Jenny (gregs daughter and wife) play soccer at night time, go on girls!! we then travelled about 90 hoursnorth to visit the gold mines of soverign hill. we watched 80,000 dollars of gold being turned into a block in front of our very eyes. WOW!! ryan had a footy presentation where we all turned up to, to cheer him on. (you should have seen the random greek family in the back of a packed pub full of ozzies) priceless.
lucy then took us to visit the ship-reck coast where loads of boats have fallen to the crazy rocks and waves!! the light show that night was also amazing!!
then came the Great Ocean Road, visiting the Twelve Apostles, london bridge, the blow hole and many other attractions. WOW, beautiful!!!
also, we managed to fit in a wildlife park, an Auzzie rules footy match in Melbourne, a tree top walk(which didnt agree with lucys vertigo), the Princess margret caves, the Grampian Mountains, and as a final blow out, a night in Crowns Casino!!
WOW, too much to say. WE LOVE YOU. YOU ROCK!!!!!!!
