Well I have to admit that today was far better than I had imagined. I really wasn't looking forward to spending a whole day looking at rockets and spacecraft but it really was fab and I learned quite a lot too! First we visited Space Shuttle Atlantis in its new home. Our last relaxing day today. A little trip out this morning to Daytona Farmers Market, a huge market mostly selling tat but Imogen got herself a Minnion t-shirt so it was all worthwhile! A bit of a play on the beach once the rain stopped but some weird looking blue things kept Imogen out of the sea today. Balcony and wine tonight - cheers to you all :)

A pretty long journey today as we said goodbye to the west coast of Florida and headed east to the Atlantic Ocean. Roadworks along with a fender bender added an hour to our journey but Imogen remained happy when she got her second McDonald's of our trip. Staying in Ormond Beach just north of Daytona we have a fabulous view of dolphins playing in the surf whilst sipping a bit of red on the balcony. Today was theme park day - Busch Gardens with Eat All Day passes. It could've been messy! All I can say is that we've had a great day and eaten faaaaaar toooooo much food (I'm certainly glad we don't do All Inclusive) Unfortunately the rides closed at 4pm due to lightning warnings so we had to eat! With just an half hour journey to our next destination this morning we had a leisurely start to our day. A little cycle along the Hillsborough River burnt off those extra breakfast calories before a lovely cool off in the pool at the hotel. Why do the Graffhams always attract weirdos?
