Found it highly amusing that you were sucked by fish! They obviously thought you were nice and tasty! Have got images of you in a timotai or herbal essenses advert after you said about standing under waterfalls! It all sounds so gorgeous and exotic - especially to me who's at home changing smelly bums, always has a nice sick/dribble patch on my left shoulder and who's STILL getting up at least twice throught the night! Hee Hee! Nevermind, I wouldn't change her for the world. So glad your having a fabulous time - your postcards are great - even if it does take about 3 hours to read them! Hi Grace, it all sounds amazing everywhere you've been, apart from the sucking fish, thats just wrong! I'm still very jealous, I went to Newquay at the weekend which just isn't anywhere near as impressive as thailand etc. I'm glad you're meeting up with other people and all getting along well. Its my birthday saturday and I'll miss you not joining us for a few drinky-poo- poos! I've passed my course so am now a proper qualified staff nurse and start my job next week - scarey stuff! Hope everything is going fabulously! Starting to get very jealous of you on your travels considering the wonderful north welsh weather is starting to settle in for the winter! Oh well, good excuse to go shopping for winter clothes I suppose! Have started buying snuggly things for Ethel - have bought nearly the whole of Next!
Got abit sad earlier when I realised I wouldn't be able to send you a christmas pressie, unless you've found somewhere abit more permanent by then! Still can't get used to the thought that you're so far away - really miss you loads!
Ethel's just gone to bed - cuthbert put her down so I'm now going for a much deserved long hot bath!

Hello everyone I am in the land of Kiwis and it is so so cold! I think it's about 10 degrees C and it snowed just before I got here so was a bit of a shock after coming from 35 degrees plus temperatures all day and night! Hello Cuz, Welcome to New Zealand! You are going to have such an awesome time. Look out for Deano, Kerry or Andre at Base Backpackers, they are great people. Although they will probably only remember me as Frodo or Harry Potter. Anyways make sure you do the FREE stray tour of christchurch. and always shop at the warehouse - where everyone gets a bargain (will make sense later) can't wait to start seeing your photos. See you tomorrow Gracifer!! Should arrive 2.30pm, but you know that already. I am so excited, can't wait to hear about your time in Thailand, I guess we both fly into the same terminal. My flight is coming into terminal two!! Be prepared, I will try not too, but I might have a tear in my eye when I see you, I love Nat to pieces but it is going to be so great to see someone else from back home. Heee heee it will be fun and we can bore each other with our travelling tales.
Ps Met any "fitties" yet, if so pack them in your suitcase and send them over to Christchurch with you.
