Well, I was hoping to post a few of the pictures of Hampi that I've taken since we arrived at 7am this morning (after a not very restful night-coach from Goa.) Still at Palolem, still staying in the bamboo hut. At the moment we're feeling no real urgency to move on, but yet the days are slipping by. I think we'll be here a couple more days perhaps, and then move back to Mid Goa as from here we can get the train 6 hours to the ruined 15th century temple palaces of Hampi. So updating the blog hasn't gone quite as planned. There are fairly frequent internet cafes but the connection is a bit hit and miss. I've been thwarted so far in attempts to get some pictures up for you; slow connections and file resizing issues - I won't go into. This is going to be a very little update as we've got hungry and need to move on and get some food. I've just been sitting in a terraced bar in Anjuna overlooking the sea, a beer at elbow and a wireless laptop at my finger tips. Quite good really!
