So we got the bus to Luang Prabang and was one of the worst bus rides ever.

We were in very narrow seats and our knees were crushed againt the seat in front and to make it worse, the people who had re space put their charis back. The b*** (Brett edit) in front of me didn't understand that my knees were squashed and gave me manty a disgruntled look. It also took ages and me and Brett couldn't sleep at all. Later that day we had three naps!

However, it was a lovely drive there. Driving in the valleys listening to REM and looking at the mountains is so peaceful (lame).also outside of Luang Prabang, there are lots of jungled montains, which we were driving through. Very glorious indeed.

Relaxed day. dinner was nice and the fairy lights in the garden out back made it a relaxing night playing cards.

The hotel is okay and cheap. 2 50 for a very spacious room with comfy beds. Also free water. However there are cons such as lizards the length of my hand are crawling on the walls. Woop. And the next morning Brett found a centipede in a shower. Also I'm not sure having to flush a toilet using a bowl of water is a con, because I find it pretty cool.

Brett: We like the lizzards becuase they eat the stuff that wants to eat us ;)
