Left Navarette late heading to Najera, met an older fellow who we suspect may have had a stroke as he moves very slowly and pretty much drags his feet, he asked us to take a picture of him with the vineyards in the background, he's quite a trooper. On the outskirts of Najera we stopped at a little bar where there were a couple of young lads who appeared to have consumed several Cerevsa's in preparation for the Euro Cup Final between Real Madrid and Athletico Madrid, there english consisted of "how are you" and "I am fine" which they kept repeating, the owner of the bar kept giving us complementary tapas which was very nice. We watched the Euro Cup final at a local bar in Najera which as you can imagine was quite a boisterous affair being that both teams were from Spain, the partying went on all night.
