Hey guys,

Sorry have been mega busy scince leaving Heathrow so it has taken me ages to get round to filling everyone in on what I've been up to so far!

We got to Hong Kong after a long 12hour flight really jet laged so once we got to the South Pacific Hotel slept till about 6pm Hong Kong time, then jus got up n went out 4 food n drinks though Sam and myself couldn't find the bars on the first night so happened to bump into Simon n Steve 2 guys going off to New Zealand who also couldn't find the bars - eventually after walking into Times square and getting hot n sticky from walking, we found one bar that tried to charge us $150 to get in, n we were like...nah! So instead went to the 7 eleven got some beers n drank in the hotel room trying to remember how to play s***head, which we all couldn't remember so played some other random card game , which we soon gave up on n jus drank n had a laugh! couldn't get to sleep that night from Jet lag!

The next day we met up with out tour guide who was the sweetest Chinese woman, so smiley n happy who kept going on about McDonald and KFC n Deli France .....always....always talking about food! Anyway we went to Victoria Peak, Aberdeen fishing Village, Stanley market and beach, where I got my name translated into Chinese calligraphy into a stamp - which is on the bottom of all your postcards! then we all went out that night for a traditional Cantonise dinner, which involved pigs trotters! eeewwwww! then after that we got changed n went drinking to this street where loads of thai n asian women are sat outside on stools so the men can pay for an escort into these bars - which any other women aren't allowed in! So found an irish bar (that allowed us in!)which was a good laugh, tho I asked for a Hoegarden n got the most giganticist glass ever, I was like...what is that n the bar girl said....''Happy Hour!!'' My God!!

Then went onto another few bars n had a good ol giggle with some new peops I've met throught this BUNAC thing!

Sunday we woke up all a bit sore!!! Then had to check out of the hotel put our bag on the coach and go for our last tour we went to a bird market and a temple where I got my fortue read - I think the interpretur was just telling us what he thought we want to hear, apparently I'm gonna have an awesome year as this is the year of the Pig which I was born in 24 years ago - so I have lucky Bamboo!!! So if a chinese guy told me that - then its gotta be true! hahaha!!!

After the tour we got to the airport and had a 6 hour wait till our flight to Sydney , which was an 8 hour flight!.....said goodbye to the New Zealand lot ....wish they were coming with us!
