Laithiam!!! Hidi hi campers!! How are you all? We've just got back from fraiser island which was amazing! Possibly the funniest 3 days of my entire life!! Didn't stop laughing the whole time!! We had the best group... 3 of us, an Irish girl, a Turkish bloke and 6 crazy Israilians!! We've discovered that Israilians are the funniest ppl in the world!! We had 3 days and 2 night.. and you'll be proud to here we roughed it the whole time... sleeping on the beach and cooking on campfires... no room for showers of toilets... its lakes and digging a hole in the ground!!! Oh yes!! In the dark no less! But was so much fun! We picked up our 4x4 and the 11 of us caught the ferry across and drove up the 70mile beach then cut threw rainforest to get to the most amazing lakes you'll see! Lake Macensie was just breath taking! White sand and clear blue waters! We swam to an island and sunbathed there all day! Theres a wikid ship wreck on the island too which is cool.. you'll see from the photos! Also the driving was brilliant!! Across beach and dirt tracks and sand dunes! At one point we also tiped over once!! So funny! We're not too sure what Israilian women do but it can't be much as the lads wouldn't let us do anything!! The first day when we were packing up the van I tried to lift a table and they all ran over yelling .. no no women get away!! So funny the whole time we were aloud to life or move anything.. or cook.. or pour drinks!! When ever I went to help with the cooking I got 'get out women .. not in my kitchen!!' so funny! The only thing they let us do was drink!! Of which we did a lot!! We think they are music charged as well as they love R & B and hip hop (mum that s type of music!!) and when every we had the MP's on they went crazy!! Was all about drinking and dancing in the back of the van!! They apparently didn't like our names either as the re-named us all!! No one could say the Turish blokes name so he was just 'Turkish'! then Nikki or 'The Nikki' was Ocean because of her blue eyes.. they call me Sweet Chilli!! Not too sure why but apparently I am sweet and they love sweet chilli .... I woke up yest and got a 'good morning sweet chilli .. you sleep ok yes??'!! they are so so sweet but so funny as well!! Nosh got called everything from 'Packistan' 'brazil' 'budha' and the best was when one of the lad came up and said 's***head you want a drink?' in the nicest tone!! They just don't understand what you can and can't say!! Brilliant! We got told off for saying please and thank you!! There attitude is 'whats mine is yours.. and whats yours in yours!!' so funny! One said to to nikki 'you want this yes... what is magic word?! And nikki said 'please' and they all jump up .. no no ... 'Yalla Yalla' which mean quickly quickly!! We had so many comedy phrases from them!! 'Laithaim' means cheers so that was constantly being yelled and every time you want them to do something you just yell 'Yalla Yalla' and clap you hands! Also 'include' is a big one!! And you made a circle with your hand .. prob can see that in some of the photos!! Well could go on all day about but won't bore you but basically it was amazing!! Then last night we got back to the hostel and the lad all cooked us a Israilian meal - which was lovely!! Rice and tomatoe sauce with eggs and stuff! So yummy.. and cold left over beans from the trip!! Oh also forgot to actually say but we've been to Surfer Paradise which was nice.. we had Nosh's birthday there and went for lovely meal and there was live music etc which was fun. We also went to Noosa which was lovely and went to the OZ zoo.. can't remember if ive written about this!! But anyway it was lots of fun! Held a Koala and fed elephants. Was wikid! Done loads of other things can't even remember but you get the idea!! Best go but hope your all well! Miss you all... in between swimming and dancing and drinking and laughing!
