Ok , so we now know that the internet is slower than anything we have ever had the displeasure of using.. Thats why we have very little photos to show yet we have around 1000 on the camera!
We left graskop thurs 9th, drove back to nelspruit to drop off chicco (our little car). Fri Night we had a few drinks with the guys who ran the hostel we were staying in Nelspruit (after they had told us they had booked our trasnport to Swaziland leaving sat midday. Come sat morn, the inbred, toothless idiot had not booked a single bloody thing. He wouldnt do so until we gave him near R6000 (390 quidish) . We had 1 hour to get into nelspruit downtown , and withdraw a huge amount of money in an area known for muggings! He told me to put it in my pants...ha. I came close that day to striking down my first S.A resident. But thanks (big thanks) to amys calming influence there was no blood shed. Oh yeah...when looking for a cash point they local government cut the power for 3 hours sat morn as a money saving scheme?!
OK...every thing got sorted in the end and we travelled to Swaziland. We walked across the border...quite funny pic of amy doing this.
We stayed juts 1 night in a nature reserve...but we had a great traditional swazi meal cooked by local ladies. We decided to head straight for Durban so the next day we travelled on the BAZ BUS for 10 hours...it was great to see the coast when we got close to Durban. South Africa is a great place, very cheap and meeting a lot of nice (well i tolerate them) people. We have been out for some big meals and did some simp[le thingsa to save money like got to the cinema (1.50 each!) . Today we went to a private beach owned by Gold Coast Casino...we had a little bit too much sun and are both now sporting the great British tan...silly b*****s.
Moving onto Port St Johns now, leaving Durban early. Have a 9 hour journey but it will be all along the coast so im sure it will go quickly.
Cheers for now.
