Had breakfast at Magnolia Diner in Houston, which had the biggest serves I've seen in my life. Sam ordered the Big Breakfast, but without sausage and meat patty, when it arrived at the table I reckon the plate had an entire pigs worth of bacon on it. It also had eggs, hash brown (shredded potato), toast and a separate plate with three large buttermilk pancakes. Not bad for $8.50! I had my standard omelette order with hash brown. It also came with a side of grits, which are strange and hard to describe.

Headed to the NASA Space Station, which was okay. The highlight was probably the exhibition on the mission to Mars which had recent photos taken by the rover on Mars. Found most of the museum was geared towards children, we had quite a lot of fun making paper aeroplanes. I would only recommend it if you are travelling with children, otherwise give it a miss.

We had some time to kill so we went shopping at a huge outlet mall. It was awesome & I wish I could've shopped more. Got some new shoes, socks, singlets, jeans & sunnies.

Drove towards San Antonio and stopped at a very fancy rest area for some sleep. Mum, I have included some pictures of the rest stop so you can see they are super safe!
