hi guys just a quick update of the amazingly beautiful craziness of the malay people! staying in kota kinabalu, in borneo and after about an hour of trudging up and down stairs of hostels being picky for some strange reason??? i ended up in borneo backpackers lodge run by the lovely nancy!! huge room, air con, free breakfast and as much tea as i can drink and all for just over a £1! oh i love malaysia! anyway to cut a rambling story short, nancy invited me...

hi! just got back from pulau pangkor on west coast of malaysia, which had just the right degree of sun, sea, sand and hammocks to be the perfect break from lugging my bags around. yep thanks i can hear the sympathy from hear!! and the trip highlighted yet another travel tip for my travel guide ... always find out where the hell your going before you get on a coach! not sure why but i was sure pangkor was south of KL, oh well geography never was my strong point...
