Not much to report for this entry as Vientiane is pretty quiet and we haven't really found much to do. Took the Lonely Planet's advice yesterday and did a bit of sightseeing. Walked round the National Museum and then went to Patouxay or Victory Monument which is like a Lao version of the Arc de Triomphe. Had a nice massage and ate some good food last night whilst listening to a live band.

We have the rest of the day to find something else to do and then we fly to Hanoi this evening, hopefully more to write about from there!
