thanks for all your messages so far-so exciting! We are in Kuching, Borneo and it is very very (very) hot and sticky! It's amazing for me (Row) to be back and I (gem) think it's so jungly! we have already done lots including a trip down the river in an iccle Tampan where we narrowly avoided marraige and a trip to a random guys village!
off to row's childrens home tomorrow and Bako national park (monkeys!) next week. Keep posting your messages-they're wicked!

Glad you got there safe and sound! So so jealous, i woke up yday morn so excited for you both! Things are the same here in Essex, going bowling later with sanna and steph (!), v bored as everyone is at school and wk. Chrissy and i found his old sega, and challenged each other at sonic (i won) and micro machines (chris won- he is a devil on the track!). It was retro fun! I have an evil day at Sain's tomorrow- 8.30-5pm i may die, but the thought of going away will help me through!!!

Wow, I can't believe you are the other side of the world, back here we are all very jealous! At least its sunny here in Cambridge today, otherwise it really would be miserable! I expect you are on your flight to borneo by now, so have a safe journey and I look forward to hearing from you when you both arrive safe and sound. Take lots of pics and have a fantastic time (I think you are so brave going travelling - very inspiring for those of us who are wimps and can't entertain the idea of living out of a backback! :-) )

Hello beautiful people - so your adventure has begun! Wowee. Here in Cam, nothing ever changes. The same man is rattling his pots and pans up and down Senate House Passage, and just to wind me up, beeping vans seem only able to drive around the streets in reverse. The bins are full and the bedders are AWOL, and Gwen is already in the library working harder than me, again. Bless her. Today, Action Plan "Biki Gets Sorted" begins in earnest, so expect essay writing, filing, vocab-learning, and perhaps even the purchasing of the occasional chocolate egg. Who knows!
