Have just had a thought... instead of being so jealous of you and row on your trip, i could just pretend that it was me out there! Because Gemmy dear, the photo's of you with your hair tied back (despite being a great deal slimmer) do look suprisingly like your sister. i now just need to work on making the story believable! xxxxxxxx
Gwen
The photos are brilliant - you look lke you are having an amazing time! Row, the children are beautiful, its so amazing that you got to go back and see them again. Am very jealous, I am spending most of my time between the UL and the jerwood - how depressing! And you'll both be bronzed beach babes by the time we see you again....am going to get out the St. Tropez i think!! Take care, love to you bothxxxxx
Lolabell Peagreen
Oh guys, you have no idea how jealous I am, life is fairly pants right now. The joy of my day so far was Sarah Kennedy playing 'All About You' on radio 2, I now have to go and spend my days untangling paper clips (that I tangled yesterday so I would have some work to do today), I have no idea what I'm doing with my life, I'm about to age significantly (or as I prefer, become 18 again) and all I really want to do is be wearing a pretty white apron and serving thé au lait etc des cafés in the Alps. You are so lucky, keep on with the emails, it's great to hear from you and will miss you next week. Love you lots, your Lo xxx
Rachel
just checked out the photos. jealous, jealous, jealous. I would very much like to be bronzed and beautiful and swim in bikinis in picturesque lagoons. unfortunately london is just smoggy and smelly and there are no lagoons to speak of in marylebone.Loved the monkeys too, i wnet to london zoo yesterday to see the monkeys but they were a poor comparison to yours. i think they were bored. (there cant be much to do in a zoo can there really?)
And your kids looked so gorgeous too! Glad you're both having such a blast xxx
Jo (Gem's Sister!)
Hi guys,
The photo's are really really cool, love the monkey's and the children do look adorable! glad the tan's are coming along well, its pretty warm here today, may take myself out for a spot of sunbathing to try and rid myself of the dreaded google marks! skiing was brilliant, have some great bruises and far too many aches and pains! was doing some quite tricky red runs by the end, and had a raclette up the mountain- did some of my best skiing in torchlight on the way down thanks to booze confidence!
just sat and ate all your egg, gem, delicious- thanks!
Keep having fun, miss you lots
mucho love to you both xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Row's Mum

Gem And Row
hellooooo again! hope you are all ok, just to let you know we have put some photos on now so take a look- hope you enjoy! Thanks for all your messages keep them coming- it's great to hear from you! We have left Borneo and are now in singapore and it's absolutley tipping down with rain. We are off on a night safri tonight and then off to explore the city tomorrow and maybe do a spot of shopping, (yay! says gem). Borneo was fab, we went to the beach, to a brilliant national park called Bako where we saw 3 diff types of monkey (Jambo-you would love it) on our treks through the jungle. The only bad things were the 5cm long humongous hornets in our hostel room that refused to die-argh! The orangutans were great too. A bit sad to leave Borneo and all the kiddies but we are really looking forward to australia. Take care all of u with lots of love from us 2 xxxx :) :) P.s- our tans are coming along nicely!
Chris
Blimey. What a lot of photos. They're brilliant. Reading about your travels kinda makes Mark's and my walk round the filds and lanes near Packwood House this afternoon a bit tame. Certainly didn't see any green snakes or lemurs?
It's good to read that you're both OK and having a good time though and I am full of admiration for this web site. Brilliant idea. Me, envious. Never. Well a bit. No, make that quite a lot.
Have a joke. It actually made Mark LAUGH.
How do you get two whales in a Mini?
Over the Severn Bridge. (I was surprised he'd not heard it before, it's OLD)
Take care and HAVE FUN!!
Caroline Again
PS. Ive just seen your photos- amazing! Look at you in your bikinis - woohoo! It looks so gorgeous - and your website has so much memory! That's it... I'm coming to find you. x
Caroline
Hey chicks, sooo exciting that you are back with your lovely babies row - so happy for you. It must be fab to share that with Gem. I remember you writing to me about them when I was in the middle of Uganda! Can you believe that was four years ago?! I bet the Ugandan post men found your aerogrammes from Borneo a little confusing and vice versa. Funny how we leave our hearts in (not really so) random spots on the globe. Take care, miss you loads. Have fun guys! Caroline.xx
Jambo
Hi Row
Glad to see all's going well with you guys can't wait for my wee trip, I promise we'll look after Raz and stop him being eaten by crocs!
Ensieh finally materialised the other night online, she's still in Japan although at that moment she had just come back to London but had managed to miss her flight back to Tokyo (still as scatty as ever). She said hello to everyone her email is [email protected].
If you find any spare Orang Utans bring me one back as they need someone to replace me at AXA.
Take care lovely, watch out for the w***ing monkeys.
James xx

Hi guys, well done for having lots of fun! Row, don't forget to bring me back a sheila from Oz, and a wifelet or two from Kokbang, I mean, Bangkok!
