Hey yous, Happy Birthday Gem! All looks awesome! Things are looking up here, I had another (semi-exciting) meeting in London yesterday, and it was such a beautiful day that I went to Tower Bridge, treated myself to an ice cream and watched the river and life go by! I've just found out that there is a place for me in the Swiss boulangerie-patisserie-confiserie-salon du thé from October so I'm thinking of moving to Switzerland, not sure how long for, and it's not a great career move but I feel all bubbly just thinking about it! Looks like I might be the girl in the picture after all (will explain when you get back), dreams do come true...!
PS Croft Institute is v cool and quite sciency - they have grass along the bar!

FANTASTIC photos. Do I detect a spot of sunburn on noses? I think so. Mine's red too, but from the freezing cold and wet day we've had here.Surfing looks good. ps. we quite enjoyed the brewery tour- especially the 4 free beers each at the end.

Right - Ive been telled that in Melbourne you have to have to go to this bar called "The Croft Institute" in Croft Place (apparently its in the Chinatown area and you have to go down a bit of a dark alley to get to it!!). Its a bar that used to be a scientific laboratory andis apparently very very cool (obviuosly us science gimps would love it ;o) )
