After my shower we caught the metro, me in my soggy shorts again. We wandered a bit then found a Russian Restaurant with a nice outside decking area, its called Moo Moos and has a cow out the front and lots of cow print everywhere, once inside you got a tray and then picked what you wanted, a bit lime school dinners, only you didn't have to eat the veg, I had salmon, rice and courgettes which looked like they had been flame grilled and dipped in butter, it was the best meal I have had in a long time, the beer came in a tankard and all for under £8. We still had time to kill before our train so we went to Costa, I must admit I've been having withdrawal symptoms, but mainly I wanted to use the free wifi to update my blog, I had an Americano which was the cheapest thing on the menu at about £3 it was over £4 for a flatwhite, expensive even by Costa's standards. After we went back to our hostel to get our bags, we bumped into Luke and chatted for a bit before making our way to the train station. The train station is next to two others and it was hard to figure out which one we needed, most info for tourists about the stations mentions that it is not a safe area at night and that the police are notorious for scamming tourists there, so I was nervous about hanging around, we found a cafe that had free wifi but after buying drinks found that it didn't work. Eventually we found a waiting room which was better than sitting outside dodging the roughians and the police, but was like being in a sauna, In a really really hot way not wooden and full of sweaty naked people way. The station was in the process of being rebuilt, the new parts looked shiny and clean and bright, the old part was hot, smelly and with very little lighting, we were in the old part.
