This morning was the first time I have had a lay in. It was nice to wake up naturally instead of an early alarm. I didn't even leave the hostel until 11 o'clock. I had some breakfast, I'm going to live up to my name, and I had a pie!! Yes a pie for breakfast! (I love pies!). I needed something quick and easy as I'm going to be surfing for 4 hours! Need all the energy I can get! Plus- pies seem to be really popular in Australia. Oh and did I mention I love pies! ...

Another early start, another greyhound bus to catch, which means I had to pack my bloody rucksack again. I got a lift in the limo to the bus station. I was a bit early, but it allowed me to have a nice cooked breakfast before my 2 hour bus to Byron Bay. The journey was the same as all the others, very empty allowing me to have 2 seats to myself. I was leaving Queensland, and arriving into New South Wales. My second state of Australia. It's taken me about 4 weeks ...
