Hello, Its cold here in Shanghai but we've been out and about!

We made friends with a guy from Portugal his name is John, he came with us to see the big skyscrapers on Monday including the Pearl tower. We havent been up any yet as the weather could be a little clearer for photos.

We went on the Bund signt seeing tunnel which was rubbish! The Bund is the big river that runs through Shanghai.

We've been to Peoples Square and walked around a couple of the markets. In most of the markets they sell live produce like fish, squid, sea cucumber, turtles and toads, not bought any yet, not quite sure how you would cook a turtle, but like philip said its in its own roasting tray! Other weird foods they eat are Chicken feet, fish heads and pretty much anything that once walked.

We went to the Jade Budha Temple today and took some nice pictures. We also went to the train station to see how much tickets to Honk Kong would be. They're not as much as we thought they would be and it looks like John might come with us for new year.

The people here are realy nice but some of them seem a bit surprised to see westeners. They stare all the time, and one guy almost got ran over by a scooter today as he was staring so much!

We cheated! We ate KFC last night! It's realy close to our hostel and it was raining! KFC and McDonalds both do Home delivery here aswell, MENTAL!
