On Thursday we caught the tram to the new BBC mega centre. This is where Jason works from. This was an old part of town by the canals which has been restored - think of Darling Harbour. We also went to the war museum which was a great place to spend a few hours. That night we went out to a local curry house with the Thorpe family and colleges Jacqui used to work with. Went out for a curry with the colorful Thorp family, plus a couple of other guys I taught with in '97. Had a yummy meal and lots of laughs. Nate loved Tom (Katherine'sfiance) and Liam because they played iPad Monopoly with them at the restaurant .

Well what can I say, it doesn't get much better, watching Man United beat Bolton 3 - 0 on a beautiful sunny but freezing day in Manchester. Nate soaked up the singing of the 70,000 plus Manchester fans. There were only about 4000 seats allocated to the Bolton fans. It was non stop singing and chanted from both sides. We had great seats and couldnt believe the way the crowd yell, chant and sing throughout the whole match. Had to buy Nate a Man U top and shorts. He...
